Different behaviour in different browsers.

Safari 10 on Mac - seems to be completely random Chrome 56 on Mac - seems to sort lexically rather than numerically (9 at top, 10 near the bottom)

Oops. That's my fault. I guess my new compression function needs to sort numbers correctly...

Fixed with 0534a743c3 and also changed Ember Observer scores to be numeric now WIP addons are -1 and addons without review are -2.
