Info panel on interactions graph path

A new panel for information about graph nodes (proteins, targets) and edges (interactions themselves) is added to the graph panel. The point is, first, remove the window when a node is clicked to display info about such node and then provide information without block the application (currently, the window raised when a node is clicked is modal).

The functionality should be:

• cache in a extjs store information about the targets involved in the graph
• use the events from jit in order to set the information about the hovered item
• differences between edges and nodes: only nodes provide an 'add' button in order to add targets to the list of targets; only information about experiments and so displayed on edges
• display info about nodes: same as window
• display info about edges: experiments involved on the interaction
