PR script, add script and tests #227

This Pull Request contains first version of Pull Request Checker Script.

Checks and warns if qsTr is not used in a property (eg: text: "hello world"). Warns for not updated Copyrights Checks if ActivityInfo.qml file has "createdInVersion" present

Test against a file having all possible errors.

work merged in checkActivitiesScripts branch and to be continued before merge
