The PR contains 3 changes:

src/RapidVertex.cc: remove factor 1000 in vertex smearing
config/particles.dat: convert ctau from microns to mm and update charm baryon ctaus (to 2020 PDG)
src/RapidConfig: add prefix option to output files to be able to save them in a different directory (backward compatible)
