Adds a badge to the chat toggle when there are unread messages. To accomplish this, the chat show logic based on window size has been transferred to Alpine.
This also fixes a bug where moving to a wider window while in the mobile chat view caused the timer view to not show up. This was due to mixing JS and CSS logic for chat showing, and now that it's all in JS, the bug has been mitigated.
