Mobile hold to start time improvements

• Only works directly on timer
• Want it so everything but the timer disappears when timer is running, and tapping anywhere stops it
• Text highlight is disabled everywhere on mobile to fix issues surrounding hold to start

86 makes it so you can hold anywhere in the timer area to start/stop it, except when clicking a button in that area.
