https://www.webdesign-inspiration.com/web-designs/style/modern - apologies for the generic website. header design seems rather consistent across all of these examples - logo in top left, links horizontal across the top, action items in top right. staple design.

https://semantic-ui.com/ - having said that, this deviates significantly from that aforementioned staple. resembles it in initial appearance, but behaves differently (as seen when one clicks the menu button). left-side menu presaged by use of accordion icon on menu button. search option hides typical search input bar in favor of a hidden combined language select/search.

Some recent American government redesigns. Tendency is, as you'd expect, away from stylistic flourishes and towards efficiency: https://www.usda.gov/ http://www.ms.gov/ (top bar entirely left to search bar, navigation put on left menu. almost nostalgic.) https://www.mass.gov/
