Went through the entirety of gccollab.css and either migrated the css to collab.css or dropped the unneeded sections. Fixed the changed element naming, such as list-block -> list and content-block -> block

Subnav and toolbar colour fixes.
List Card: card-content-padding-options for list cards that have a more options element.
Event-Calendar element colours.
