Messages Migrated #299

Migrated NewMessage request, using dialog prompt, same as v1 Migrated ReplyMessasge. Migrated over GetMessage functionality. Added into the ViewPost and Entity-Template. API takes forever to return the message. 20-30 seconds to get a single message back. API should be reworked, and then come back to the Message handling. Functionality is migrated, closes #281
