When navigating the application via SR and reaching the Subnav Tab Links, it will just reads out the name of the tab. "Newsfeed" Should give some context for the tab links, or on entering/leaving the subnavbar so non-visual users have some context.
"Newsfeed" -> "Newsfeed Tab" would be adequate.
