GCconnex /stats page not showing group created names on mouse-over #1259

When mousing over the Groups created in the gcconnex.gc.ca/stats page, where the mouse-over tool should display the names of the groups (like it does in GCcollab), it shows the text “name” for each of the groups created that day. Attached are images of the GCconnex high chart (which contains the bug), and the GCcollab page (which is working as intended).

Code was modified when ported over to GCconnex, there are placeholders that can be replaced with object metadata. Groups Created data can be set here: https://github.com/gctools-outilsgc/gcconnex/blob/gcconnex/mod/gccollab_stats/start.php#L116
