Ampersand & Appearing as & #1336

As a user, when I type into the Education field (sometimes others), using the ampersand symbol causes the text to appear as & This was initially reported as happening in the Job Description field as well, but the issue seems to have resolved itself in that field for the time being. The issue is still happening in the Education field. I believe this may be a part of an existing bug (language rework?) but wanted to ensure this specific bug wasn't overlooked. image

Minimal impact from this bug, so suggesting that we wait until the content refresh.
