As a user, sometimes I want to share my education without specifying all mandatory fields, like the years I attended. If all fields in the Education field were optional and not mandatory, I could choose how much information I want to share with others on GCconnex.
If I am using my profile to apply for jobs, I can always share required information with my potential employer upon request.
Is this an enhancement we can look into, or is it this way for a reason?
