GCpedia page cannot be edited

Same issue, i filed https://github.com/gctools-outilsgc/gcpedia/issues/124 I thought it was related to the & in the title in mine, but maybe it's something else

Should be able to edit those now, something between the web and db servers didn't like something it in there and was blocking packets.

Confirmed and closed the other issue
