GCcollab URL still displays the user's old name #2651

User Story for the issue in the format of "As a user of type AAA, I need XXX so that I can YYY."

User divorced and want her URL name to go from Lea.Werthman to lea.gagne Email: lea.gagne@servicecanada.gc.ca

Details on issue or enhancement

the URL (link) for my GCcollab profile still displays my married name of Werthman -- Lea Gagne's Profile : GCcollab- I have changed everything back to Gagne, including my profile and email address

that's done now, might take a little bit for some cache to update but the updated profile url should work now,
