Career marketplace wonky. Eternally loading for some opportunity posting. Making users try to go back and post again that creates duplicates.

Loads slowly to post

When selecting OTHERS it automatically convert to WESTERN ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION CANADA

slow posting is pretty much guaranteed to be because of notifications being sent out, it would take a rework of how the notifications work to fix that.
