Component for Supervisor to manage org tiers (Teams)

A supervisor will need an intuitive method to manage the org tiers that they have created. A web component of some sort would need to:

• list the org tiers that are currently owned by that profile
• provide the ability to rename/edit existing org tier information
• provide the ability to create new org tiers
