Support offline files #26

Request from a user:
"Is there a way to use Franker with offline html files? In the past I have
converted ebooks into html files to use with pop-up dictionary applications
like Globefish for Firefox, so that I can read entire books. Is there a way to
do this with Franker, maybe convert the ebook to a special format? Currently
when I try to frankate an offline html file nothing happens."

Can't be fixed. Browser extensions do not work with offline files for some
reason (I guess some security reasons, but I can't name any).
I do think about support for EPUB files in iPhone/iPad app, but nothing to tell
yet.
You can try to work around this by loading the text somewhere on the web, for
example to Google Docs.
