added a new p2p social network app. #54

It looks like all the documentation is in turkish, and from their white paper it looks like the project is "V0.1 – Work in Progress" still. A lot of things are not clear... like what FoxQL Token is? Why there is a cryptocurrency if we are talking about a p2p social network app?

I will wait to have a bettere README in english.

We work for English documents. You can read the first version of litePaper for now. LitePaper-EN
