how to setup the irc bot to use it? #13

Hi. writing this from my phone, and I wont be able to fix the docs until mondayish...

I've split some plugins in a separate repo. that plugin is https://github.com/gdamjan/erlang-irc-bot-skopjehacklab/blob/master/src/ircbot_plugin_couch_log.erl

ps I have a lot of open issues for improvements, maybe we can talk on irc next week, or the week after that.
