ln man page has various errors #142

the ln.1 man page documents -F when it should document -L, and contains other errors that and confusing language.

The confusing language centers around duplicate language for behaviors for both hard and soft links, and inconsistent use of target vs. destination (and failure to distinguish between a target file and a target directory.)
