Seems there is some issue with AA solar panels, I have to explore it but they did not work for me in space. We need some working solar panels on our space ship, right?

Also, AA hoppers are supposed to be earlier tech, maybe Asteroid belt tech, so I have to tweak the receipt accordingly.

My goal is to be able to build fully self sufficient warp ship even with the early warp tech (before lavaland). Including automatic: Asteroid mining, Rocketfuel production, Oxygen Hydrogen production, Power production, Dilithium crystals production. The ship should be self sufficient.

AA Solar panels work... no issue. I just don't understand orbit Day/Night cycle

Ok, observatory in space does not work and it is a known bug. Asteroids have to be unfortunately scanned from a planet.
