Video description mustn't be empty when uploading from Media library

If you want to upload your already uploaded videos on Media library to Vimeo, you must add description, otherwise you will receive an error message: "Please enter valid video description."

I don't understand. Description is not a mandatory field.

Steps:

1. Upload a video to your Media library.
2. In your Media library click on "Upload to Vimeo" button.
3. Add a Title.
4. Don't add Description.
5. Click on "Upload" button.
6. You get an error pop-up window.
