Fixed Images not loading, and removed default address to more agnostic entry #3

The images would not load on a linux machine so I fixed the URLs that called them without the leading slash, and removed the default bitcoin address so no one sends any money to it by accident.

The mock addresses fest, glad you joined to the party :-) Actually no one should be able to send bitcoin to that address, since - also if for some unknown reasons it would to be printed - it just was in the transactions history, and never displayed in the transaction editor. Thanks for the paths fixes.
