Context menu should have:

[ ] delete/download file
[ ] play now/next/last

Removed the preview episode object from the episode list views.

These episodes are only applicable to the just added and downloaded sections, and when there, becomes confusing if you add local episodes and see duplicates. Previews will remain episodes that only appear ephemerally in the playlist.
