Diction of attribute edges #32

Edges need to come out of things they describe and in to events/conditions they influence. Going into an event/condition, should be relationship "influences", otherwise relationship should be "described by".

Edges will go into other attributes, but those will be "described by" as well.

Fixed in commit 11c87a1e1f2ece43cea160c16503a67fc5e8dddc. Will need to update DCES to match.
