Change name of master.exe to something more obvious for volunteers to identify on their systems. #4

Volunteers on the forums were confused/bemused by the name 'master.exe' of the openifs executable. Have changed it to be more obvious. Have also changed 'cpdn' branch in the gc_oifs43r3 repo to match.
