Added versioning so the new changes related to i18n and other improvements can co-exist with the old v1.0 previewers as currently on the master branch at githib.com/GlobalDataverseCommunitConsortium/dataverse-previewers.

Hi @qqmyers at standup I volunteered to take a look at this but it's already been merged. I'll just say that conceptually, it makes sense. You seem to be putting files under "v1.0" in the URL path to make room for different versions.

@djbrooke @kcondon I'll move this into QA but feel free to just remove it from the board.

@pdurbin - thanks for taking a look. Since this won't break any sites that are using the globaldataversecommunityconsortium.github.io site I decided to go ahead and start getting the email out to suggest people update.
