Added documentation of pyDataverse conda installation #160

I think I found a typo.

Don't know where this came from, but I have changed it.

I also just remembered to add in the conda-forge badge to the README.md and index.rst files - Conda Version

It's probably because today we (ok @JR-1991) but released the first version of pyDataverse in over three years! πŸŽ‰

This kicked off Conda activity such as this:

(Which I must admit that I don't understand but I'm sure you and @izahn do!)

Hi @pdurbin I've just closed this PR and will open a new one with the merg conflicts resolved.
