This PR extends the README.md by a reference to the official Zulip channel.

Oh. It says, "Required statuses must pass before merging" so I guess I'll wait. 😄

Actually, PR #163 from two weeks ago is in the same state: checks haven't completed yet. I'm just going to check the "bypass branch protection" box for this README change.
