poor keyboard shortcuts, less screen real estate utilization, horrid icon

!. Xee by default should open in a more maximized mode, like picasa, and up 
down arrow keys(or two finger swipe) should zoom in or out of the images, left 
or right arrow keys (alone) should be able to browse thru pics,

And a cosmetic suggestion plz  change the horrible app icon,  update it to a 
soothing blue textured high res icon in harmony with the osx theme

i also noticed some flickering while going thru images speedily, correct it if 
possible,
overall a great app, appreciate ur effort.
