integrate origami toggling into org and markdown visibility cycling? #66

I'm not sure if this a feature request, or a request for feedback on how to configure this myself.

I'd like to be able to integrate origami folding (origami-toggle-all-nodes and origami-toggle-node) into the org and markdown mode visibility cycling; between displaying only headings and displaying everything.

Use case: long document authoring, where I want to quickly toggle seeing only the first line of every paragraph.
