Applying MultiByte Character Sets #5

Although I love R language, our company commonly uses not R but Excel.
When I want to use together, I found excel.link package.

Disappointingly It's not working in case text is Non-ascii(Multibyte Chararcters) I'm living in Korea. So, It is necessary for people of Korean. Thank you.
