error MBL dataset download procedure #6

MBL dataset download procedure is wrong. It seems copy/pasted from HCC dataset. The section "Methylation matrix and positions" apparently downloads the bad files.

Thanks for spotting this! It should be resolved in the latest commit (2f3c539b9b8c7ca65b2b6b7cbf22c2e908dcec0b)
