Update the NavBar as follows on both index.html and speakers.html:

[x] navbar-brand from "DevFest 2022" to <img class="brand" src="/devfest22/img/DevFestLogo.png" alt="DevFest Modesto logo" />
[x] navbar-brand from href="#" to href="index.html"
[x] Add "Donate" link to https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/18C0XPNU9GP7W
