Add border support to CircularTransformation and fix a crash #709

Add border support to CircularTransformation

Remove BitmapBorder in favor of Circular because we are always using Circular images.

Also some optimizations in CircularTransformation

This also fixes a crash where the provided config may be null. http://crashes.to/s/dc6bcf58f44
