Meetup.com will be the new source of metrics
This means removing the chapter metrics page in the UI (only displayed chapter circle count and +1s).
Removed old /events/devfest route that displayed info from DevFest Season 2014.
Also removed non-functional routes in UI for /events/tags and /events/tags/:tag.
