Description

URL of Pull Request Template in Contribution guide is throwing 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce

Visit contribution guide
In the section of Writing Pull Request, URL of Pull Request Template is not working.

Expected behavior: [redirect to Pull Request Template page]

Actual behavior: [404 error]

Reproduces how often: [100%]
