Description of the Change

Add DevFest 18 post

Benefits

There will be new post on DevFest18.

Possible Drawbacks

No Drawbacks as only the DevFest 18 post is added.

Verification Process

Step 1: Created a new branch: add-post-on-devfest18
Step 2: Added the new DevFest post in the _posts folder.
Step 3: opened the Duplicate Post link and verified it should not return any error.
