Fixes #88 Update for Pull Request Template

Hello there,

I've made the following improvements to the pull request template:

  1. Added a "Changes Made" section for clearer updates.
  2. Included an optional "Screenshots" section for visual changes.
  3. Expanded the checklist for style guidelines and security reviews.

There are no tests in this repo, you can remove test-related points from the checklist and the same for the documentation.
