Proposal: App Performance and Optmization Techniques

In this talk, topics covered would be techniques to build a scalable application in Android. From key libraries to increase efficiency to presenting data in real time efficiently. eg EventBus, RxJava Data Binding etc.

A quick overview of building a efficient launcher in Android to cover certain performance points.

Would like to share what I have learnt till now and to gain what others have experienced.

As discussed with Arpan, I would be sharing the key points not from the start of the code. The points anyone can add in the code to improve the performance. The points are more in number but I the content inside is not really big. I have planned to complete it with in one hour duration but while making slides if I feel that it's not feasible I'll reduce the number of points. I hope that is fine!?
