Slow performance #24

We have static pages! Why it's so slow?! Google have a lot of talks about profiling and optimizing perfomance of sites, our site looks like ideal place to test it in practice :-)

Also I saw notice about minification of styles and scripts in Zeppelin readme, but it can be only on Windows, and I'm not sure how much it will help, because GDG DevFest Ukraine site is also slow :-/

All this "funny" animations and "goodies" make both our and original Zeppelin sites slow. I have some ideas how to make it a little faster, but it won't add so much speed.

As always there are two options in development: either you're making the application that is simple and not overloaded with tons of "oh-its-so-nice-and-beautiful" things or you're dealing with low performance. This statement can be applied everywhere. Simple also can be nice and beautiful though.

Very slow loading of pages from moment of spinner displayed to page become visible.
