USER05 - Create a page for the Organizer where all the registered users are listed #130

Create a page in the BackOffice. It should show the list of the registered users. The list should be paginated and should allow to order the results by displayName or email.

The page should use the DAL created in #243 .

The page must be listed in the BackOffice menu. For the icon we will use material design icons and the icon person.

Depends on #129.
