BO05 - Allow an Organizer to promote a registered User to the Organizer role #132

Add a button to the list of users. The button should allow to promote a user to the Organizer role, by invoking the DAL created in #252. In the same way, the button should revoke the role, if it is already present.

The users with the Organizer role will have a different background color in the list.

Depends on #252.

We need a UI as a reference a button is a too generic request to accomplish.

As also I mentioned on #123 it is no necessary to have something too accurate, a wireframe with the functionality could be fine.

Please involve UI team also for this one
