BO41 - Create a pagination plugin for the Rest API function

Create a fastify plugin to add pagination to the Rest API functions.

The plugin should accept the following querystrings:

• limit: indicates the number items to list
• offset: indicates the offset for the actual list
• orderBy: indicates the field that should be used to order the list
• orderDirection: indicates the direction of the order. Defaults to ASC

The response should encapsulate the results and contain informations about the pagination, such as:

• total records
• current offset
• current limit
• total pages
