Missing translations #13

Simply there are no translation. I think is not so urgent but it could be useful for other groups.

Translated in english on branch develop (#18). Can be added a mechanism to set the language with a set of language files. To be discussed.

We could add a variable in setup.py and deprecate Python 2.7

I think it will be perfect! Python 2.7 support ends in 2020, it shouldn't be a problem.

I think that would be better to remove it ASAP and work on Python3
