[Feature request] Option to mark tabs (not urls) #1140

When jumping to to global marks, it jumps to the tab and goes to the position on the page where it was marked. However, if you've left this page, it opens a new tab with the previous page instead. This seems reasonable, but I feel like an option to be able to simply mark tabs is to switch to is useful (i.e. you still jump to the tab that was marked and it doesn't care for the webpage). In the above example, with the option to mark tabs instead of webpage, you would just jump to the tab and it wouldn't matter if you navigated to a different webpage on that tab.

This is particularly useful for those who have many tabs opened--for example one often has many related tabs grouped together and this makes it easy to jump around tabs without losing focus or finding which tab you were on previously.
