LinkHints.activateOpenInNewForegroundTab opens links in new windows instead #1221

LinkHints.activateOpenInNewForegroundTab instead of opening links in a new active tab, it opens link in a new window. It works right in duckduckgo search results, though

Browser, OS and Vimium C versions

Browser name: Vivaldi
Browser version: 6.9.3447.46 (Stable channel) stable (a 64 bit)
Vimium C version: 2.11.3
OS name and version: Linux 5.15.0-122-generic on ubuntu 22.04

Please try map f LinkHints.activate ctrlShiftForWindow.

It's a known issue on Vivaldi - see https://github.com/philc/vimium/issues/3077#issuecomment-1938701828
