Fixes ImageIO problem. download step xml files are parsed. #4

The java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: javax.imageio.spi.ImageWriterSpi: Provider com.sun.media.imageioimpl.plugins.jpeg.CLibJPEGImageWriterSpi could not be instantiated problem should be fixed by now.

Download step files are parse correctly, e.g:

$ mvn compile exec:java -Dexec.args="-headless -d=src/resources/fromGist/DownloadSchritt-WFS2_Simple.xml"
