Fix compilation problem #5

This PR fixes the issue https://github.com/gdiepen/latexbeamer-handoutWithNotes/issues/4 and slightly factorizes the code.

@Chris00 thanks I added all the features you provided just in some modern way. So the hooks (I added 3) are not being used via lthooks. You can add content by

\AddToHook{handoutWithNotes/notesbox}{code}
\AddToHook{handoutWithNotes/notesbox/title}{code}%in front of title
\AddToHook{handoutWithNotes/notesbox/content}{code}%after title in front of content
